Hotel room was really worth money, nice, new, good taste and service excellent. We had to leave early morning, before actual breakfast time and their arranged us bread, fruit, croissant, juice etc on previous evening so that we got something to eat in the morning.

Outside hotel looked a bit poor in shape, which was totally opposite to shape inside.

Beds were comfortable and bathrooms spacious.

We understood it was a non-smoking hotel, but the hotel and one of the rooms smelled very smokey.

The rooms are very nicely decorated. You can tell there's been very much interest in designing each room. Easy to get there if you exit the high-way towards Dolo, and you don't try to exit through Mirano, via Miranese.

The rooms in which I sat for three nights, for new year's eve, was not heated before we got to the hotel so in the first 2 nights we had to sleep with socks and pullovers on. We did ask for some sort of heater or more blankets the next day, but it probably slipped their minds. If you go there during summer, you may not have this problem.

The absolute cleanliness of the place! Also, the staff was ready with directions and suggestions to get to Venice as easily, quickly and inexpensively as possible.

Parking area, but they say they are working on that. Also, there was not a lot of choices in places to eat within walking distance.

Ligt aan drukke weg, moeilijk parkeren, aanblik van voorkant hotel is niet representatief (lijkt net een schuur)

Очень плохой завтрак, шведский стол не пополняется за 30-40 минут до окончания завтрака. Интерьер очень простой.

Pratique pour aller visiter Venise

L'arrosoir de la douche était défectueux et aussi le bord du lit était cassé. Une réparation est nécessaire;
